Return Policy:  We cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time, except for damaged merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Policies:  

    • Shipping time: Between 3 and 10 business days.
    • Shipping Carrier:  Most packages will be mailed via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the number of items and amount of purchases.  We reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx in certain instances. 

    Lost or Stolen Items:  Once the items leave our facility, we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please use a secure address.

    We are also NOT responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.  We mail to the address you provide. If you provide an incorrect address, no refund or replacement item will be provided, so please check your order carefully.

    Sales Tax: All purchases made by Tennessee Residents are subject to Sales Tax.
